It’s Happening

Tonight I found myself sitting at a table in a bar with, among other people, Scott Thompson from Kids in the Hall.

Now I have come home to find that I’m listed on IMDb, thanks to my According to Jim episode.

Hopefully these will not be the two biggest things that happen to me this year, but it’s not bad for a day’s work.

    Scott Thompson is DA MAN!

I saw KITH perform live back in ’91. Fantastic.

If you haven’t seen Scott and Mark McKinney in the “After the Hockey Game” skit from Season 1, you don’t know what you’re missing.

    Congrats on the IMDB listing.

For kicks, I searched my name on IMDB and found out it was used as a character’s name on an old episode of Fantasy Island. Go figure.

Naw you have a bright future. Love the sonic ads. I have a semi famous brother and it seems the career is a roller coaster, up and down.

Congrats on getting listed on IMDb, Molly. Now you need to make sure your Sonic ads are listed under “Other Works”. You are definitely the best thing about those ads.

Is Scott Thompson as funny in person as he was on KitH? And if you run into him again, make sure you ask him about his role in “Millennium”.

Congrats on the move to L.A. and your first gig on AtJ, which I think I missed and look forward to seeing on a re-run.

I hope you get some movie rolls, and some TV, and someone “discovers” you and you start doing a lot of stuff. Please seriously consider doing some indie film work!

I’m a big fan of your beauty, especially your smile, which I first noticed in your Sonic ads. (I tracked you down to here by searching for those ads)

I wish I lived in L.A. so I could see you do improv live. That would be cool.

Good luck with your “new” burgeoning career.
